O’Panuozzo was born from a simple idea: two brothers, Domenico and Elio Meschinelli, bringing the soul of Naples to the streets—one panuozzo at a time.

Inspired by the flavors of our childhood and the smoky scent of dough from the Quartieri Spagnoli, we wanted to create more than just food—we wanted to recreate that feeling of warmth, joy, and beautiful chaos that always feels like home.

Our dough is made fresh daily, slow-fermented and fired the traditional way. Every panuozzo and pizza is a tribute to our roots, with a bold twist for today’s appetite.
